For my baby

         

Purchased this item based on other reviews stating it is the only humidifier that wasn't noisy, smokey, and was actually reliable. I haven't used it yet, but really looking forward to when it is needed for my little baby

Great for the baby's nursery

         

I had heard some people have humidifiers in their baby's nursery but had also heard it wasn't necessary. So I didn't get one...until my baby girl had her first terrible cold at about 4 months old. She could hardly breathe. Everyone, including her doctor, said to get one. It helped her so much when she was sick that we continued to use it nightly.

I had also heard that it helps reduce cradle cap to have the baby sleep in a slightly more humid environment. That worked for us too. And now she is 9 1/2 months old and the humidifier also helps when the heat is on and the house feels dry. She sleeps better and it also helps her skin from gettign too dry. 

I now tell friends who are having babies it is something they need for their nurseries!

So far so good

         

We have only used the humidifier for 2 nights but so far it has been good. It is nice that it has two speeds so that there is a quieter one for at night.

         

I got this as a shower gift and it worked great but the tank broke. 

LovED it till it stopped working :(

         

It was great for the first few months, worked well, was nice and quiet and my daughter loved the colorful stars it showed on her ceiling. But suddenly after about 2 months it just stopped working. For some reason it wasn't releasing water, so we would have it on all night and the water level wouldn't go down. I wish there was a fix.
